Golf Tournament Benefiting the Lithuanian World Center

Get your golf clubs ready for Liberty Mutual Invitational benefiting the Lithuanian World Center in Lemont, Illinois. The tournament will take place on Saturday, June 23^rd, 2012 at Old Oak Country Club in Homer Glen, Illinois. We will be playing a scramble format with a 1:30pm shotgun start.

The first place winners of the Liberty Mutual Invitational will be invited to attend a discounted trip to the Liberty Mutual Invitational National Championship at the Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina which will be held March 6-10^th, 2013. Each golfer will receive the following tee gifts from Liberty Mutual at registration: a Nike golf shirt, a duffel bag, reusable shopping bag, a hat, Nike Classic Fit Golf Glove, gift box with a divot tool, club brush, and bag tag, Nike One Golf Balls (Three-ball sleeve) and a subscription to Golf Digest. Valuable prizes will be distributed to the first seven teams.

The Chicago area has the largest population of Lithuanians outside of Lithuania. The profits will benefit the Lithuanian World Center, located in Lemont, Illinois, which serves the social, cultural and spiritual needs of people of ethnic Lithuanian descent and the community in Lemont. Their website is www.lcenter.org. The Lithuanian World Center is a not-for-profit 501 (c) 3 organization registered in the State of Illinois.

You will enjoy a first class golf tournament while participating in many on course activities. Players will enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart, tee gifts, gourmet food stations on the course, three open bar beverage stations, 13 golf contests (including best-dressed golfer), 2 flamingo holes (worst shot), a chance to compete for “Mr. Koldunas” by hitting a koldunas the farthest, free sports massages, long drive pro, a live and silent auction, an opportunity drawing and an awards banquet with live music.
