Because the safety of our guests, employees, and Facilities Users is our highest priority during this pandemic, the Lithuanian World Center is following all of the guidelines published by the Illinois Department of Public Health and Governor Pritzker’s office.  Therefore, we are unable to host any events for the remainder of the year.

The restrictions make it difficult to achieve our mission of promoting and preserving our Lithuanian culture and heritage.  However, we are looking forward to a better year in 2021, full of activities, fairs, and events.  In the meantime, we still have utility bills to pay and repairs to make in order to keep our 150,000 sq. ft. building in working order.  Perhaps you’d be able to give a monthly or one-time donation to support us during this challenging year.  Click here to go to our donations page.  Thank you!  Ačiū!
