Grief does not have to be experienced alone. This support group is for people coping with the loss of a loved one. It provides a space to meet, share, listen, and find comfort in the company of others who understand the pain of loss. During the sessions, we will talk about grief, share experiences, and explore ways to find strength and hope in everyday life. It is a place where you can be heard and understood.

The group is led by grief counselor Živilė Jerominienė. Cost: donation. Registration is required: (779) 390-5214 or [email protected].

The support group will be led in the Lithuanian language. All are welcome!

Gedulas neturi būti išgyvenamas vienumoje. Netekties paramos grupė skirta žmonėms, išgyvenantiems mylimo žmogaus netektį. Ji kviečia susitikti, dalintis, klausytis ir rasti palaikymą bendrystėje su kitais, kurie supranta netekties skausmą. Susitikimų metu kalbėsime apie gedulą, dalinsimės patirtimis ir ieškosime būdų, kaip kasdienybėje rasti stiprybės ir vilties. Tai vieta, kur galima būti išgirstam ir suprastam.
