We invite you to a unique leather surface design workshop with artist and creator Aušrinė Kerr! Aušrinė’s creative work spans a wide range—from artistic transformations of leather, textiles, ceramics, and other materials to conceptual installations and interactive projects.

Together, we will explore the specifics of leather as a creative material. We’ll discuss the properties that influence how leather can be shaped and adapted for various design ideas. Aušrinė will introduce surface decoration techniques and demonstrate how to use them to create both practical and artistic leather pieces.

All necessary materials and tools are included in the $129 workshop fee. To help you focus on your creativity, we’ll make sure everything you need is provided on-site—just bring your ideas and enthusiasm! For more information, call (773) 704-0093.

This event will be held primarily in the Lithuanian language, which may make it challenging for non-speakers to engage as full participants. Nonetheless, all are welcome to attend!

Pristatome naują išskirtinį odos paviršiaus dizaino workshop‘ą su menininke ir kūrėja Aušrine Kerr! Aušrinės Kerr kūrybinė veikla apima platų spektrą nuo odos, tekstilės, keramikos ir kitų medžiagų meninių transformacijų iki konceptualių instaliacijų bei interaktyvių projektų.

Kartu mes susipažinsite su odos, kaip kūrybinės medžiagos, specifika. Aptarsime savybes, kurios lemia, kaip odą galima formuoti ir pritaikyti įvairių dizaino idėjų įgyvendinimui. Aušrinė supažindins su odos paviršiaus dekoravimo technikomis bei parodys, kaip jas panaudoti, kuriant tiek praktiškus, tiek meninius odos gaminius.
